1.1 Data you provide directly When creating and using your account, we collect: - Your email address and password (stored in hashed form) - Information about your establishments (name, address, category) - Your account preferences (language, theme) 1.2 Data collected via third-party platforms When you connect your review platform accounts to Kudozio, we import and process data from these platforms, including: - Google Business Profile: customer reviews (author, rating, text, date), establishment information, review responses - Meta / Facebook: reviews and recommendations posted on your Facebook Page, Page information (name, category, identifier), review responses This data is collected via the official APIs of these platforms, under the authorizations (permissions) you grant us during OAuth connection. For Meta/Facebook, permissions used may include: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_metadata, and any other permission necessary for the service to function.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used to: - Provide, maintain, and improve our review management services - Import and synchronize your reviews from connected platforms (Google, Facebook) - Allow you to respond to reviews from our interface - Manage your account and preferences - Generate analyses, metrics, and statistics about your reviews (average ratings, trends, sentiment analysis) - Send you notifications related to your account and reviews (including negative review alerts) - Ensure the security and proper functioning of the platform - Comply with our legal obligations

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide our services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain under legal obligations (accounting, tax) for a maximum period in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time: 1. From your account: by deleting your account in the platform settings, all your data will be deleted within 30 days. 2. By email: by sending a request to contact@kudozio.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days. 3. Facebook-related data: if you have connected your Facebook account to Kudozio, you can revoke our application's access from your Facebook settings. Upon revocation, we will delete data imported from Facebook within 30 days.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data is hosted within the European Union. If a data transfer outside the EU were necessary (for example via our technical providers), we would ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision).
