By creating an account or using the Kudozio platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
Kudozio is an online review management platform that enables professionals to: - Centralize reviews from various platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) - Analyze their online reputation through analytical tools - Respond to reviews from a unified interface - Track customer satisfaction trends
3. User Account
To use Kudozio, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Kudozio in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Service. The following is prohibited: - Using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes - Attempting to access other users' data - Publishing fake reviews or defamatory responses - Disrupting the operation of the platform - Reselling or redistributing access to the service
5. Intellectual Property
The Kudozio platform, its design, source code, and content are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as part of your subscription. Imported reviews remain the property of their respective authors and original platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kudozio strives to ensure the availability and reliability of its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Kudozio shall not be held liable for: - Temporary service interruptions - Data loss due to force majeure - Content of reviews imported from third-party platforms - Decisions made based on the analytics provided
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. In the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, Kudozio reserves the right to suspend or delete your account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Kudozio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Kudozio's registered office.
